【Courtesy Visit to Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperative】
Malaysia Entrepreneurs’ Development Association (PUMM) paid a courtesy visit to Yang Berhormat Datuk Ewon Benedick, the Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperative, at his office in Putrajaya on 3rd April 2023. The purpose of the visit was to introduce PUMM and our activities to the Minister and extend the invitation to YB for PUMM HQ Entrepreneur Home Grand Opening Ceremony on 10 July, 2023, Setiawalk, Puchong .
During the meeting, PUMM Deputy President Nelson Beh shared with the Minister for background of PUMM, current achievements, challenges and celebrating 30th Anniversary with 30 years of success. Vice President Dato Dr Teh also presented our PUMM HQ Entrepreneur Home, which is a 'Business Club and Stylish' place to benefit members for business networking, training, sharing and meeting.
YB expressed his appreciation for PUMM's efforts and contributions to the development of entrepreneurship in Malaysia. YB also shared his views and suggestions on how to enhance the collaboration between PUMM and his agencies such as SME Corp, SME Bank, and Tekun Nasional. YB presented 'Program Keusahawan 2023', which outlines the government's policies and programs to support entrepreneurs in various aspects, such as financing, facilities, training, and market access. PUMM will forward that important information to all PUMM members.
YB Datuk Ewon Benedick has verbally accepted the invitation as Guest of Honor to officiate the PUMM HQ Entrepreneur Home Grand Opening Ceremony. The meeting ended on a positive note with both parties looking forward to working together for the benefit of Malaysian entrepreneurs.
The courtesy meeting attended by PUMM Deputy President Nelson Beh, Vice President Dato Dr Teh Tai Yong, Vice President Michael Teoh, Vice President Arlene Tan, Vice President Eugene Ng, Honorary Treasurer Dato Jason Foo, Negeri Sembilan State Liaison Chairman Timothy Teo, Central Committee Jayee Hu, State Committee Kelvin Cheong, Christopher Ng, and Cindy Yeoh.
PUMM expressed its gratitude to the Vice President Michael Teoh, who is also the Bureau Director of Government Liaison, for playing a vital role in arranging the meeting and facilitating the communication between PUMM and the Ministry.
马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）于2023年4月3日礼貌拜访马来西亚企业发展及合作社部长拿督依温班尼迪，会面地点于布城部长办公室。此次拜访目的是向部长介绍青创会，并邀请部长成为在来临七月十日青创会总会企业之家开幕典礼的活动主宾。
会议期间，青创会署理总会长马俊豪向部长介绍青创会的背景，以及三十年来的成就与挑战。同时副总会长拿督郑大勇博士也介绍了青创会总会企业之家，这是一个属于企业家的共享空间和活动场所，同时也是一个时尚的俱乐部风格休闲空间，旨在为会员提供一个兼具商务联系、培训分享、进行会议等各方面
拿督依温班尼迪部长对青创会为马来西亚创业所做的努力和贡献表示赞赏。他也分享了如何加强青创会与其部门之间合作的看法和建议，其中包括 SME Corp、SME Bank、以及 Tekun Nasional 等部门机构。部长也向与会者推荐《Program Keusahawan 2023》参考书籍，该书概述了政府支持企业家在融资、设施、培训和市场准入等各个方面的政策和计划。他说，需要政府协助的创业者可以参考这本书籍以获得指导和信息。
部长也口头表示接受邀请将出席青创会总会企业之家开幕典礼。会议在积极的气氛中结束，双方都期待着为马来西亚企业家的利益而共同努力。
与会者包括青创会署理总会长马俊豪、副总会长拿督郑大勇博士、副总会长张赐林、副总会长陈荣月、副总会长黄永溢、总财政拿督傅棋龙、森州联委会州主席张剑锋、中央理事胡嘉沬、州理事张国荣、黄喆顔以及杨欣玲。同时，特别感谢青创会副总会长兼政府联谊局局长张赐林在安排会议和促进青创会与部门之间的沟通方面发挥了重要作用。
