【PUMM 7th Central Committee Meeting at Kota Kinabalu】
The Malaysian Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM) held its 7th Central Committee Meeting (CCM) on 29th April 2023, at GA Space Hilltop, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The meeting covered the adoption of previous minutes, reports from the Secretary-General and Honorary Treasurer, and reports from all State Liaisons and the Bureau.
During the meeting, PUMM HQ Entrepreneur Home Fundraising was brought up by Dato Dr Teh, and all central committee were encouraged to participate in the program as a team. The meeting also featured a report from MRMR 2023 Nelson Beh, who shared updates on the four national roadshows held in Selangor, Pahang, and Sabah.
To motivate the State Liaisons to put in more commitment to recruit new members, organize successful events and provide excellent support to the PUMM's overall objectives, an internal award "Best of the Best" was announced. This award includes seven categories, such as the most recruitment by State Liaison, most active recruiter by State Liaison, overall best State Liaison and more. The award also provides a healthy competition among State Liaisons, thus creating a sense of unity and common goal towards the betterment of the organization.
Chong Yen Kai, Terry Teoh Yi Peng, and Eric Lim Jing Jie, were appointed to the new Central Committee due to their demonstrated commitment and high contributions to PUMM. They have shown outstanding leadership skills and have gone above and beyond their duties.
The next meeting is scheduled for June 23rd and will be hosted by the PUMM Penang State Liaison.
马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）于2023年4月29日在沙巴亚庇 GA Space Hilltop 举行了第七次中央理事会议。会议审议了上次会议纪要、总秘书和总财政报告，以及各州联委会和发展局的工作情况。
会议上，青创会企业之家筹款筹委会主席拿督郑大勇博士呼吁所有中央理事积极参与筹款活动，展现团队合作的精神。同时，马来西亚楷模人物表扬筹委会主席马俊豪也向中央理事介绍了在雪兰莪、彭亨和沙巴举办的四场全国路演的进展和成果。
为了鼓励各州联委会更加努力地组织活动、招募新会员等目的，会议宣布了一个内部奖项 “Best of the Best”。这个奖项设有七个类别，例如最多招募新会员的州联委会、最活跃的州联委会、最佳表现的州联委会等等。这个奖项旨在激发各州联委会之间的良性竞争，增强团结协作的意识，推动组织的发展。
此外，由于他们展现了出色的领导能力，并对青创会表现出了承诺和高度贡献，林敬捷、张彦凯、以及张奕鹏三位优秀发展局局长经过投票被任命为新的中央理事成员。
下一届中央理事会将于6月23日在槟城召开，敬请各中央理事安排好行程，准时出席。
