【PUMM x Taiwan NiEA Online Business Sharing Conference】
Promoting International Cooperation in the Catering Industry
On 22nd July 2023, Malaysian Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM) and Taiwan National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association (NiEA) hosted a fruitful online sharing, bringing together outstanding enterprises from the catering industry in Taiwan. The event aimed to discover potential business partners, share experiences and industry resources among entrepreneurs, and explore opportunities for corporate transformation through collaborations with startups. The meeting attracted 30 PUMM members who engaged in in-depth discussions with four Taiwanese catering companies.
In their respective speeches, Vice President of NiEA Mr Qiu Mingqian, PUMM Immediate Past President Dato Tony Looi, PUMM Deputy President Nelson Beh, emphasized the importance of the Taiwan-Malaysia online industry exchange meeting in promoting cooperation and innovation in the catering industry. They extended a warm welcome to all participants and expressed hope for the event to create more business opportunities and collaborations.
The four sharing companies are as follows:
1. DOTDOT Global: Specializing in one-stop catering technology solutions, including LINE ordering, online ordering, QR code ordering, and commercial WiFi services, assisting traditional catering businesses in their digital transformation and establishing partnerships with brand headquarters, food streets, POS vendors, telecommunication companies, food community applications, and mobile payment operators.
2. Asia Pacific Machine Intelligence Company: Offering machine intelligence (MI) solutions deployed in various hardware and software, such as speakers, robots, screens, LINE, Facebook, Google Assistant, and IoT appliances. Their solutions cover voice, text, and image comprehension, catering to industries like healthcare, industrial, hospitality, insurance, media, and serving in Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and other regions.
3. Shaku Technology: Focusing on helping small and medium enterprises adopt digital application services, with a special emphasis on franchise chains, retail, department stores, warehousing, and logistics sectors. Through QORE+ integration, they provide one-stop access to multiple systems and AI data analysis reports for customers.
4. Come True Coffee: A B-type enterprise catering brand founded by a former vice chairman of Wang Steak Group, aiming to achieve both social welfare and profitability. Their direct sourcing model ensures better income for coffee farmers, and their main products include high-quality coffee, popular souffle pancakes, and handmade delicious meals, successfully appealing to consumers with a professional coffee team.
The online business sharing conference concluded successfully, and participants expressed a strong interest in collaboration with the four Taiwanese enterprises. The event served as a bridge for potential cooperation between mature companies and startups, accelerating business innovation and the development of emerging ventures. A heartfelt appreciation goes to Organizing Chairman Lucas Chong and PUMM Immediate Past President Dato Tony Looi for their outstanding efforts in bringing this event to fruition.

【台马线上产业交流媒合会：餐饮业促进台马合作】
2023年7月22日，马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）与台湾餐饮行业的杰出企业齐聚线上，举办了一场富有成果的产业交流媒合会。此次活动旨在发现潜在的商业合作伙伴，共享创业家的经验和行业资源，分享彼此的创业心得，并通过与新创企业的合作模式，实现企业转型的机遇。
活动吸引了30名青创会会员参与，他们与四家来自台湾的餐饮企业进行了深入的交流。主办单位包括社团法人中华民国全国创新创业总会（National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association, NiEA）与PUMM。
在活动中，全国创新创业总会（NiEA）副总会长邱铭乾、青创会辅导会长拿督雷智雄博士和全国署理总会长马俊豪轮流发表了致辞，共同强调了台马线上产业交流媒合会的重要性，促进餐饮业界的合作与创新。他们对所有参与者表示欢迎，并期待此次交流会带来更多商机和合作机会。

主要服务与产品：餐饮科技一站式服务
该企业专注于提供零售、餐饮、旅馆和商场一站式O2O解决方案，并打造智慧餐饮科技生态圈。他们提供包括LINE点餐、线上点餐、扫码点餐、店家商用WiFi上网等服务，助力传统餐饮门市进行数字化转型，同时与品牌连锁总部、美食街、POS厂商、电信商、美食社群应用、行动支付业者等建立合作关系。
2. 亚太智能机器 Asia Pacific Machine Intelligence Company
主要服务与产品：机器智能解决方案
该企业提供机器智能（MI）解决方案，可部署于各类软硬件，包括音箱、机器人、屏幕、Line、Facebook、Google 助理和物联网家电等。他们的解决方案涵盖了语音、文字、图像上的阅读理解，适用于健康、工业、旅馆、保险、媒体等多个产业，并服务于马来西亚、泰国、日本等地。
3. 夏酷科技 Shaku Technology
主要服务与产品：跨数位工具整合与串接服务
该企业专注于协助中小企业导入数字化应用服务，特别针对加盟连锁业、零售业、百货业、仓储物流业等领域。通过QORE+整合各类系统服务，实现一站式开通多系统服务，并为客户提供AI数据分析报表。
4. 成真社会企业 Come True Coffee
主要服务与产品：餐饮品牌
该企业是由前王品集团副董事长打造的B型企业餐饮品牌，目标是在回馈社会公益的同时实现盈利。他们通过直接采购模式，给予咖啡产区农民更好的收入，并以高品质咖啡、人气舒芙蕾厚松饼和手作美味餐点为主打产品，通过专业咖啡团队打动消费者。
此次线上产业交流媒合会取得了圆满成功，与会会员表示对这四家台湾企业的合作意向浓厚。活动的成功举办搭建了潜在供需双方的桥梁，促成成熟企业与新创企业之间的实质合作，加速了企业创新和新兴业务的发展机会。
