On 18th August 2023, Mr Tan Lay Seong, the National President of Malaysia Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM) paid a special visit to Taiwan's National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association (NiEA).

He extended an invitation to PUMM's 30th Anniversary cum Central Committee Installation Night & MRMR 2023 Recognition Gala Night, aiming to strengthen collaboration between the two organizations. President Tan Lay Seong praised NiEA for its role in Taiwan's economy and entrepreneurial ecosystem, emphasizing how it has inspired PUMM's development.

Since a Collaborative Partnership Agreement signed in 1997, PUMM and NiEA have maintained a close relationship, providing a vital platform for entrepreneurs in both Malaysia and Taiwan. President Tan Lay Seong's visit marks a further enhancement of this cooperation, with expectations of more collaborative activities to promote entrepreneurship in both regions.

马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）全国总会长陈礼祥于2023年8月18日，访问了台湾创新创业总会（新创总会；NiEA），旨在进一步巩固两组织之间的合作，并亲手递上青创会三十周年庆典暨中央理事就职与2023楷模人物表扬典礼邀请函。

目前，台湾创新创业总会拥有约100名全职员工，积极支持各种商会活动，为台湾经济的繁荣发挥着关键作用。陈礼祥总会长在会谈中对台湾创新创业总会的规模和影响力表示赞叹。他表示：“台湾创新创业总会一直是我们的启发和楷模。他们在台湾经济和创业生态系统中的作用举足轻重。正是受到他们的启发，青创会才能够成为今天的马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）。”

自1997年签署姐妹会协议以来，马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）和台湾全国创新创业总会（新创总会）一直保持着紧密的合作关系，为马来西亚和台湾两地的创业者和企业家提供了宝贵的合作平台。陈礼祥总会长亲自递交了青创会三十周年庆典晚宴的邀请函，标志着这一合作的进一步加强和深化。
