On February 24, 2023, the Malaysia Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM) Sabah State Liaison paid a courtesy visit to the State Minister of Industrial and Entrepreneur Development of Sabah, YB Phoong Jin Zhe. Led by the Sabah State Liaison Chairman Patrick Chiam, 13 state committee and members discussed and exchanged views on Sabah's industrial development direction and challenges, Sabah's advantages in green industries, the trend of green energy, and several constructive issues, which benefited all participants.
PUMM Sabah is honored to invite YB Phoong to attend the Sabah State Liaison 8th Anniversary and Installation Night, which will be held on April 29, 2023, and serve as the Guest of Honor.
YB Phoong praised PUMM as one of Malaysia's most active chambers of commerce and expressed his department's willingness to listen to more suggestions for industrial development, hoping to solve more problems faced by Sabah's SMEs. PUMM also hopes to have closer cooperation with Sabah's industrial and development departments and looks forward to future exchanges.
于2023年2月24日，马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）沙巴联委会主席詹裕俊带领13位理事和会员礼貌拜会沙巴工业及企业部长冯晋哲。与会者就沙巴工业发展方向和面对的挑战，沙巴在绿色工业的优势，绿色能源的趋势，以及多个有建设性的课题做交流和探讨，使与会者深感获益良多。
青创会也荣幸邀请冯部长出席将于2023年4月29日举办的沙巴州联委会八周年庆典暨就职典礼，并担任主礼嘉宾。
冯晋哲部长赞赏青创会是全马最活跃的商会之一，也表示他的部门愿意聆听更多对于工业发展的建议，希望能够解决更多沙巴中小企业所面对的问题。青创会沙巴州联委会也希望能与沙巴工业与发展部门有更密切的合作，非常期待未来的交流。
